Are your ready to get strong, inside and out, and feel more confident and capable? Take charge of your happiness, own your body and discover how strong you really are. Each class includes 45 minutes of heavy weight lifting (yes you can and no you won’t get bulky), cardio drills and band work to ignite your metabolism and tone your body. The last 15 minutes will be spent stretching and using mindfulness practices such as intention setting and breathwork to help you connect the dots between the work we do in the gym and what you do everywhere else.
