 Sculptologie combines strength training, plyometric and abdominal-focused drills to help you reach a new level of total body fitness. Working in fun, challenging circuits, with an emphasis on proper form, this class will help you reshape your body, increase your strength and jump-start your metabolism. Each session ends with a short mindfulness practice to harness the power of intention and help you connect the dots between the work we do together in class and your life beyond the studio.
